After several days of heavy rain, we had the sewer blockage. We called many places and Sunset West was the most responsive one to provide the next day service!

Our water heater tank died on Thursday, before the long weekend for Veterans Day. The representative dispatched a technician, whom arrived within an hour. He confirmed our suspicions that we needed a new tank; ours was nearly ten years old, and he had the old tank removed and the new one installed fairly quickly.

Both Sylvia and Lexie, the dispatchers who helped me set up my appointment were great as well. Very professional, helpful, and friendly. Absolutely terrible. They didnt show up to an appointment ( that they never called to cancel, I had to call them to see why), when I called they offered no explanation at all. 2 days later they finally show up hours late to the appointment they set. Did nothing and left. When questioned about it I was given nothing but threats and attitude. Yes threats to show up there and handle this like a man. Guess what, men handle the job given to them not back out of their responsibilities and try to thug their way out of guilt. Boycott, contact the bbb, do not spend your money here. Let's as a community put this poor excuse for a black owned business out of business. It's making us look bad.
