I for one have used this company and called during the middle of the night frantic about a faucet leaking and the technician calmed me down and we fixed the problem temporarily over the phone, until the next morning Cali Rooter came to my house and fixed the issue I was having, and it turned out to be a non-emergency issue! I called Fraser and Greg took down my info saying he'd be out within an hour or hour and a half. He came within the hour to fix a clogged kitchen sink. It took him like 25 minutes and it's good as new. I appreciated Greg's quiet and straight to the point demeanor. He didn't leave a mess and his price was also very reasonable. We will definitely call them next time we need a plumbing service.

I've used Craig's Plumbing since 2012. He replaced all water lines with copper at my 5 unit apt building in Westchester with little to no disruption to the tenants and at a fixed price. One of his employees, Alex is a great plumber and he too will call you if he sees a problem while on the job. I had Alex replace a waste line from the second story and he saw it was connected to the downstairs unit and called me to see if I wanted that replaced while the exterior wall was still open at minimal cost! I'd rather get it fixed once and done right. Craig will call you back even if he's on vacation (he was in Arizona). Unbelievable customer service and responsiveness. I believe in quality and value, so does Craig's Plumbing.

Service guy Edwin arrived within the 2-hour window and cleared the clogged pipe in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend. Reasonable price and easy to schedule.

I took a chance because I've been taken advantaged of by the bigger plumbing companies in the past. He is a very nice honest man who is licenced and contracted...if he couldn't unclog their would be no charge..other companies charge just to come to your house.

Never returned my calls.
