We called GR Plumbing for some plumbing issue in our basement. They gave me the estimate over the phone and we fixed the appointment. The guy was right on time and did the job in less than 3 hours. The work area was spotless, and the plumbing and wiring was all clean and neat which I asked for.

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
