I do a lot of work for white shoe investors, Hi net worth individuals, certified investors and prominent businessmen. Type A's can be very difficult to manage their expectations. All of my experiences with them have been stellar. I've called them for both day and night, emergency and non emergency, situations. Because when the big guy's toilet is backed up, or their hot water isn't hot anymore, that's stone cold ugly, a major attitude, ballistic mad, and never no glad.

We could’ve elect not to have them do the job but we were from out of town to fix the plumbing problem for our tenants. We were in a hurry to get it done.
