This is the second time I have called Mike Diamond Plumbing and BOTH times now I have gotten nothing but excellent experiences! The scheduling agent was polite and professional providing me with several appointment options. Prior to my appointment today, the dispatch service called to relay a half hour window for the service visit which allowed me time to clear away the area where the plumbing problem was. My plumbing technician, David was courteous and very professional offering me a variety of service options and warranties. Quick. Efficient. Affordable. Professional. What more can I say?
