I used Flagship Plumbing twice with great success.
First time my kitchen sink was leaking and i had to keep the tray under the sink to ketch the water drips. Vadim figured out the problem. It was a rusted out garbage disposal.
He was able to replace it the same day with the ome that had longer warranty.

Another time i called Flagship Plumbing because my gas furnace was turning off by itself.

They replaced the electric safeguard part that kept the pilot from staying on and i had no problem with my furnace since.
I am glad that the plumber didn't try to sell me the new furnace to make more money.

I cancelled an appointment because I was able to figure it out on my own. Abel still showed up to say hey and double check for a larger problem. Didn’t even charge me. I gave him a call as I was talking to Richard he told me how people call him for work but never showed up , I told Richard ill stop by to meet him he agree as well.I when to the address provided just to introduce my self and for him to know my background in plumbing.Richard never told me I was going to work on the spot , so to make a good impression i decided to stay and help him with his crew finish a job. I never got compensated for the hrs keep in mind its been almost a year. Whether you try to make business with this guy or work with him be careful do your researched. He try too look nice first but once you get to know him he is unprofessional.Its been over a year and i haven't been compensated for my work thats against California law to not pay their employees.

I’ve tried to give them an opportunity to earn our business being how we live in the same neighborhood they’re located in, but every time I call for service I can never get them to say “we’ll be glad to service you!” Every time I call it’s the same thing “I have no one that can help you” Useless!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
