The plumber AHS initially sent, from a different company, didn't even investigate the cause of the clog, exaggerated and overestimated the repair and suggested ripping out the toilet first ??‍♂️With home warranty companies, it's a roll of the dice who you get, and we'll request Alex at Money Saver Plumbing next time.

After considering the information he gave me, I decided to use a 50-gallon tank. They started working right away, and after a few hours, the hot water was back.

Called Moe's Co. 3 weeks ago to request a quote on 2 mini split HVACs. They scheduled the appointment on a Friday of the following week. The tech showed up on Friday, measured everything and said he would e-mail me a quote on Monday. I did mention I have kids and the rooms get really cold and I need the units ASAP. Monday came and gone NO quote was even e-mailed. The Thursday of that same week, contacted Moe's Co, e-mailed them asking where the quote was, again there was NO response, today is the 2nd week since the tech showed up but still NO quote NO response. Called another company, they showed up the next day and provided me a quote right on the spot, no need to wait weeks for a quote.

These guys either have too much business and don't need another one or they simply don't care and their customer service is HORRIBLE. Either way I DO NOT RECOMMEND Moe's Services, there are many other ones who deserve your business but definitley NOT Moe Co.

Edwin showed up when he said he would, quickly fixed my toilettes and gave me a tutorial on how to maintain them more effectively which he didn’t have to do. lastly he checked my tub plug which wasn’t working and fixed it as well. gentle, professional, and respectful. thank you so much Edwin??

Called Gateway Rooter for a gas leak issue, Nick showed up within an hour, did a full inspection. Found two trouble spots that needed to be addressed, did not charge for the inspection and completed the job needed. Will call Gateway Rooter for any other plumbing issues in the future.
