Great company, I called them to help my grandmother with her water heater and they provided her with excellent service. We had gotten other estimates and Universal was the best priced out of the other 2 companies we called. We will be calling Universal again in the future!

We had a major leak under the house from the shower. Best guess is that a rat we caught chewed through the drain line!

Manny from Magic Rooter got back to us immediately and came over to inspect the problem. Two workers did the job in a couple of hours — said they’d never seen a rat do that to a drain before. And because it was a quick job, Manny cut his fee by $150.

I thought I needed a new hot water heater because of a leak from the drain valve. I talked to them on the phone for 15 minutes and he suggested i just by a screw cap for the drain outlet to see if that would solve the problem. He could have easily sold me a water heater but instead, for $2.50 he solved my problem. He provided a lot of useful information over the phone, which was appreciated. Thanks guys!

I have a very old house and H.N. Harris plumbing has done all of my work since 2015. This house had so much deferred maintenance and Javier and his crew have helped us work on various aspects bit by but as we modernize. They have rebuilt or replaced almost all of the fixtures and replaced at least one pump. We will start repipe as soon as I find a tile guy! I have had quite a few plumbers try to bilk me out of thousands of dollars and Javier has always given me a fair price for a lot of work. Above all, he had helped us to keep the old charm of our existing fixtures the keep the character of the house alive. They are my plumbers for life.

Came home to the worst shower clog ever, but the people here at Chavez plumbing are knowledgeable, friendly, and gave honest advice and solutions! Definitely will come back shall I ever need your services again! ?

Riley and Ruben arrived out to our home to give a quote for a new work drop and new meter panel install. Riley was knowledgeable and patient, and made sure to solution all of our questions. He even provided us with a detailed quote before they left. Riley and Ruben were professional, and it’s easy to tell that they know what they’re doing. We’re looking forward to having them do the electrical work on our garage and house. Highly recommend hiring these guys!

The water in the showers and sinks were not getting hot. They’d reach lukewarm at best. We determined it wasn’t the hot water heater, but the shower cartridge in the master bathroom. They showed up in the window of time they said they would and were in and out with the problem fixed in 15 minutes! They wore face masks at all times. I’d totally use them again.

Eugene was Professional, Friendly, Competent and fixed our toilet in a relatively short time. He even cleaned up after his work! I highly recommend this company if you have plumbing issues.

After placing my complaint with the company, the owner Omar refunded the $250. My issue with the company is now resolved.

Victor and his crew are my go to plumbers. I’ve had plenty of emergency issues and Victor always finds a way to save me no matter how busy he is. He always responds right away when I contact him. They are professional, personable, always clean up after themselves, do careful and quality work.

I have not had occasion to use them for hvac but I’m sure their hvac services are just as good.

I know I’ve recommended Victor and his guys at All Star Plumbing before but I need to add to it.

They just successfully opened a drain-this was no ordinary stoppage-it was way way far down and had no opening in the pipe even for a power snake. The house was built in 1966 and I’m guessing the build up was that long in the making.

Any other plumber would have resorted to jack hammering my lower level to access the problem area which Victor said might be necessary. But Victor did not give up.

He and Sam gave it one last try ?? and saved me from the headache and expense of digging up the foundation.

His persistence, knowledge and dedication to his customers is outstanding.

We were having an emergency with our washing machine today, and saw on Nextdoor that this plumber had good reviews. I was surprised when I called that I reached someone from the company and not an answering service. They were super quick to respond and our plumber Adam was amazing. Super friendly, super helpful, and really pleasant to deal with. After explaining out the problem, he was able to discern it was a clogged pipe. Adam got the rooter out and took care of it quickly! One note, is make sure if there are any discounts that you see on their site, to mention them before you have them come out to do the service. 5 Stars all the way for this company and 6 Stars for Adam!
