I used Flagship Plumbing twice with great success.
First time my kitchen sink was leaking and i had to keep the tray under the sink to ketch the water drips. Vadim figured out the problem. It was a rusted out garbage disposal.
He was able to replace it the same day with the ome that had longer warranty.

Another time i called Flagship Plumbing because my gas furnace was turning off by itself.

They replaced the electric safeguard part that kept the pilot from staying on and i had no problem with my furnace since.
I am glad that the plumber didn't try to sell me the new furnace to make more money.

Real good company to work with. I rely on these guys to get the work done!

I've used Richard's service twice now (once to install a new gas line and once to fix a cracked sink). Richard and his team were always professional and they did a quick, fantastic job. I'll go to Chicago Plumbing with all of my plumbing and gas line needs in the future.

I spoke to Mary in the front office, very unprofessional, told me to.call thr warranty and get a authorization. Funny thing is that another servicer didn't ask me for that, I decided to go with someone else. The other servicer was cheaper for their service fee and I got service that day. Please be aware of this company and Mary. I hope the business owner takes notes because this isn't how you grow a company or value!! I dont RECOMMEND THEM!

Very rude during customer service, they rush over things to get it done. They never came back to finish my toilet .

This company use bait and switch strategy. I called the company to do clear my drain. The plumber told me it would require a big rotor rooter to clear the main drain and will cost me $595. I am looking at sewer all over my place, I have no choice but to approve the work. He cleared the drain, the next day the place is full of sewer water again. The plumber came, back and now he said he had to use high pressure water jet, and it is going to cost another $895. I refused to get it done. I have another plumber came later and he got it cleared for $85. I would rate this company zero star, but I have to give 1 star because that is the minimum rating to be able to post it.
