WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

Ernesto did two very complicated jobs for me. Both were finding gas leaks that were under cement walkways. He came right away and did a very neat and clean job. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him and his company.

Great, fast, friendly service! My bathroom flooded and Y & B Electric & Plumbing came right over and it was quickly resolved. In fact, from making the phone call to plumber's leaving, it was less than an hour! Very respectful, and would definitely use again.

I have a very old house and H.N. Harris plumbing has done all of my work since 2015. This house had so much deferred maintenance and Javier and his crew have helped us work on various aspects bit by but as we modernize. They have rebuilt or replaced almost all of the fixtures and replaced at least one pump. We will start repipe as soon as I find a tile guy! I have had quite a few plumbers try to bilk me out of thousands of dollars and Javier has always given me a fair price for a lot of work. Above all, he had helped us to keep the old charm of our existing fixtures the keep the character of the house alive. They are my plumbers for life.

Had an issue and they were able to book me in right away and fixed the issue. The price was about half of what I expected too! Got info on how the issue happened as well as being shown an upgrade my builder included that saved a lot of potential damage. 10/10 highly recommend it.

Personally, George was a great guy. In terms of the plumbing repair experience, this was not a great one. Some of the issues were because the shutoff valves weren't working as intended, which led to extra difficulty in getting a valve replaced, but some of the issues were avoidable and signs of poor planning and business practices that, while standard in the industry, don't value the customer as much as making more money.

Despite having a picture of the valve that they needed to repair or replace before coming, the plumber took 2 trips to supply stores to get parts. This means that they spent 2-3 hours just driving to get supplies that they could have prepared ahead of time. Of course, they billed me for that time in addition to jacking up the price of the materials by 40% for extra charges of $300-$400. This could have easily been avoided with better planning. All they had to do was ask for some better pictures of the valve if they needed them or ask me to buy my own replacement.

While increasing prices of replacement parts is common, I've also had plumbers that focus on charging for their labor and skill only and either give me the option to buy my own parts or just ask for reimbursements for parts. Contractors that try to earn money on both parts and labor are far more likely to recommend parts that aren't needed or are more expensive since it's in their best interest to do that and earn more money. Plumbers that just charge for their skill and labor tend to be more honest.

I also ended up pulling out a clothes washer on my own and using a half dozen towels to clean water they got all over the floor because they didn't properly prepare the area they were working in. The water not shutting off properly wasn't the plumber's fault, but not being adequately prepared in case there was leaking water was something that could have been done better.

Would I use them again? Maybe, but probably not. I've had enough good contractors to know that there are better options out there than Plumber 2 the Rescue.

I do a lot of work for white shoe investors, Hi net worth individuals, certified investors and prominent businessmen. Type A's can be very difficult to manage their expectations. All of my experiences with them have been stellar. I've called them for both day and night, emergency and non emergency, situations. For over 15 years, in the worst timeframes, and massive plumbing and HVAC problems.

They have always come thru on time, on budget, and their staff actually love what they do. Never an ego, attitude, or issue. They listen, do what you desire, and in the course of the work they were called to do, if they spot an upcoming problem, they let you know about it. So you can either get it fixed yourself, or by them the next day at very reasonable rates. They don't work it and jerk it to get an exorbitant bill going on an emergency call.
Because when the big guy's toilet is backed up, or their hot water isn't hot anymore, that's stone cold ugly, a major attitude, ballistic mad, and never no glad.

They make me look good every single time. For that saneness, peace of mind, expert level work, and follow up, if needed, there is no one else I personally will ever call. Experts fo life. No strife, and if you want SupaPRO, these guys are the 1's who get it past the goal, and they don't ever work slow, and are always good to go. Period.

It is incredibly difficult to find experts, in these days of no one is on 1, or can do a damn thing right. These guys always perform brilliantly, and are THE experts with no attitude, wavy, shady, goofy, or krazy. Honest, Trustworthy, anything of value is safe, they won't steal from you, and are highly educated and motivated to finish as fast as they can.
Try and find that elsewhere in Cali, and I guarantee you will be sorely disappointed.

I didnt know any plumbers near me in Boyle Heights and I did a search, called about 8 plumbers and they all told me tomorrow or next week except for Angelo Plumbing...They came out within an hour and 30 minutes later, I was showering! Rockstar Plumbing is the best. I have used them now 3 times for 3 different issues and they are always on time and professional, treat my issues with a sense of urgency, and give me an honest assessment of my options and pros/cons of each option. All the work is always done at a high level and I haven't had repeat issues after they have addressed the previous issue. I feel completely comfortable with them for any of my plumbing needs and won't be calling anyone else in the future.

David did a good job unclogging the dirt in 2 of my bath tubs he inspected the outlet outside to make sure that the clog is in the bathtub pipe and not the central pipe, he also clean up after he was done, he is very polite and very professional, I will definitely call again to fix my other plumbing problems

Major League Plumbing came out to.fix water drain pipe approx 4 size round to approx. 18; feet long. Mr. Jose work digging to drain was in Master Bathroom. Took 2 days fix, on second day had cement person, came patch up the hold. Here are some pictures of the job and location in Master Bathroom. Very happy they found the water leaks under tiles and slab Flooring. Thank You Personal and Workers on this project.
