My sink would not drain and I was afraid of how much I would have to pay to have it fixed. This had been a chronic problem and I had the Rooter people come herr a few times and since they didn't fix it properly I decided to go with a legit plumber. I looked at a lot of online reviews and New Flow Plumbing seemed like an honest business with good reviews and so I hired them to do the job. The man who came to our apartment was very nice and he explained what he would do to fix the issue and why it would work and it has been almost a month and the drain has been flowing better than it ever has been.

Good old fashioned speedy and competent service. When you have a plumbing issue you want it solved, fast. I called several companies before I found Mr. Speedy. Mr. Speedy was the only company which didn’t give me the run around. They just took care of it. And the plumber who did the work was friendly and tidy.

Great company, I called them to help my grandmother with her water heater and they provided her with excellent service. We had gotten other estimates and Universal was the best priced out of the other 2 companies we called. We will be calling Universal again in the future!

I had a tankless water heater installed for instant hot water along with a water softener after paying high dollar amount the project could not pass inspection. After multiple calls to the company and giving the run around I was told someone would call me back and I never received a call , I ended up paying another plumber to complete this project ??I would never use this company again.Steer clear of them

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. I had an appointment with them took time off work to wait but they never showed up. What ‘s worse is that they did’nt even call. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. Please don’t use this company they dont deserve your business there are a lot more small business that deserve your patronage

Great Plumber! I have been using Morgan and his company for years and have always found him to be exceptionally fair and very competent. Where many service providers like to finish a job as quickly and painlessly as possible, Morgan goes above and beyond to make sure the problem is fixed correctly and that it will not recur. These are crooked plumbers. They quoted me $3000 to fix a simple leak under my house and I agreed and they gave me the quote in writing. But an hour after they started they asked for $5000 to finish the job because they found another leak in the same location. I asked them to fix both leaks for the $3000 but they refused and we were stuck with using them because they had already dismantled some of our pipes. This is a bait and switch routine, quoting a lesser price then raising the price to finish the work. We complained to the supervisor but he said no he would not help us other than a $250 reduction. This job should have been done for about $2500 but because of Ritz Plumbing did this bait and switch we were stuck with the over inflated price of $5300. Buyer beware of this company, they are disreputable.
