Best Cleaning Sewer in Los Angeles CA

The workers were on time and were able to repair my shower faucet. They also found out that my property did not have a water regulator and they fixed that also. The workers were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them!

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

Ernesto was awesome. He was very accommodating to the slight emergency I had and came very quickly and got the job done past supper time! He guarantees his work also, which only adds to his willingness and ability to get the job done in such short notice and odd hour on a Saturday. This is a quality plumber and person as well. I had a tankless water heater installed for instant hot water along with a water softener after paying high dollar amount the project could not pass inspection. After multiple calls to the company and giving the run around I was told someone would call me back and I never received a call , I ended up paying another plumber to complete this project ??I would never use this company again.Steer clear of them

Go with someone else, see below:
1. Gave dispatch our address, in the Hills so obviously limited parking, and didn't notify us that a half-size-semi-truck (small moving van) would arrive and need to park in front. Yes, we moved our vehicles from the driveway in advance for him to park off-street but because of the vehicle size would not fit, BTW didn't even try. I was not going to argue with him.
2. Waited for several minutes hoping for two cars on the street to move for the half-semi size plumbing truck to have space.
3. Then spoke to plumber waiting in truck for additional options with parking and he started to argue with me and actually begin to tell me how I should be more prepared for their arrival.
4. At that point I said thank you but we will go with another company. He drove away hastily.
5. Guess what, a few minutes later a parking spot in front of our place opened up so I called the company back for another chance and to reschedule.
6. They transferred me to the manager and he said, sorry the plumber is long gone now. The manager didn't even ask me to reschedule or apologise for the miscommunication... I hung up and called another plumbing company.
Hope this review helps the company in the future. For now, hope this review helps other residents stay away from improperly managed businesses, etc.

My water heater had a leak on Friday. The main line from the street to the house needed to be replaced, so I called Green Star Plumbing Company in Los Angeles since they did a great job. Ron kept his word and called ahead of time. Even so, he arrived early. Ron guided me through each option, tank and tankless combined. He was quite forthright and sincere. After considering the information he gave me, I decided to use a 50-gallon tank. They started working right away, and after a few hours, the hot water was back.
