5 star service by Justin & his crew! Today Justin himself and Daniel one of his techs saved the day! This review is way past due as this is the 4th I'veused them and every time they have fixed and resolved the issue. Called on Thursday and scheduled for today. Elizabeth their manager is very professional and is on top of their customer service. Originally I called them to snake 2 drains and install a new garbage disposal but after they got there we decided to add a new kitchen faucet & air vent where the water spills out if for some reason it gets backed up. 5 stars hands down! Thx Justin! Way togo! :)

I will always useTeam Plumbing for now! We called everywhere to have someone replace our toilet, and Kenneth from Team Plumbing came out the next day. He was very nice and even hauled the old toilet away. Then he gave us a written invoice without us having to ask for it. Really down to earth. I highly recommend them!

I don't know much about plumbing, but I do know good customer service. I had some issues under my kitchen sink where the drains had become disconnected. The existing plumbing was kind of a mess & the guys from Royale Plumbing replaced & repaired the hack job that was there when I bought my place. I called RP at around 4:15 in the afternoon & spoke to Janelle. She was extremely helpful & reassuring & also clear about pricing etc. Although the price seemed high (I have nothing to compare it to), there was no confusion about what I should expect. Janelle let me know that the plumber(s) would be at my place between 6pm & 9pm. 3 hours is a big window & they ended up arriving closer to 9 than 6, but I appreciated that it was on short notice. The plumbers determined that there was more work than initially anticipated & I received a call from Janelle to inform me of additional costs while the guys were there/before they did the work. The guys were quiet & clean & respectful. They were there for almost an hour, I think. They did a great job & I feel confident that things are way better than they were before.

I would definitely use Royale Plumbing again.

I couldn’t ask for better service, care, and communication. It was your plumber that I was able to acquire from this company that offers excellent and economical services for my shower faucet repair. It was nice because I was able to hire them just in time and provided me with an expert plumber right on. A truly fast and effective service.

Good old fashioned speedy and competent service. When you have a plumbing issue you want it solved, fast. I called several companies before I found Mr. Speedy. Mr. Speedy was the only company which didn’t give me the run around. They just took care of it. And the plumber who did the work was friendly and tidy.

Richards Rooter and Plumbing has great reviews but my experience was disappointing. First, it was $250 to even come to our apartment building (which would then be applied towards the repair.) Then it was $750 (so an additional $500) to cut open the wall and find the leak, even though I correctly identified where the hot water pipe was leaking based on feeling a warm spot on the wall.

Richard suggested a temporary clamp for another $500 (though he said it’d be free if it didn’t work) and coming back to fix it the next day (it was 2:30pm). I asked if it could just be fixed today and had to leave for an appointment and he set about cutting open more of the wall to see the extent of the corrosion. By the time I came back at 4:30pm, he’d put on the temporary clamp which didn’t fully stop the leak (still requesting $500 for it) and said he could fix it at 9am for $2000 with the clamp $500 going towards it (so $1500 more).

I felt like the charges were really high, especially since water was still leaking into the units below. The way Richard seemed more focused on getting paid than actually fixing the leak made me feel like he was taking advantage of the situation and didn’t seem to care about water dripping into people’s homes.

Later that evening, another resident called their own plumber unbeknownst to me and had him fix the leak that night (for $600). I texted Richard as soon as I learned of this so as not to waste his time and he got a little salty, texting things like “And we have a contract if that means anything to you” even though he only wrote an estimate for the repair.

All in all, Richard was available, communicative, and showed up when called, but he was ineffective, expensive, and then snarky when he didn’t get his way. He couldn’t fix two pinhole leaks (even temporarily) for $1250. He would have charged an additional $1500 to do a job that someone else did for $600. I only hope my experience informs others.

Asher is the boss. I needed some plumbing repairs and installations at my condo. He came at a convenient time for me and finished in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend. Would definitely use again.

I rate Ritz Plumbing less than zero. They did work on plumbing that was not needed to be done, and on top of that charged an outrageous amount of money for unnecessary work. They charged over 15,000 dollars. Half way the job being done I realize I might be getting ripped off, then I called another plummer ( a family member) and he reassured me that I was being ripped off. Ritz plummer said we had 3 broken pipes. First they said it was one pipe broken at the front of the house than they came back the next day and said it was 3 in the back of the hose. Since it was probably more pipes for them at the back of the house for them to add to the bill for easier rip off and easier to dig because in the front they had to break through cement. Our new plummer also told us that they were also using material that was recalled and they should have never used it. What should have been a simple unclogging of the drain/sewer pipes with a snake, maybe a cost of no more than maybe 300 hundred dollars. They ended up racking up the prize to over 15,000 dollars for work that was never needed in the first place. They took advantage of the fact that we knew nothing about plumbing or the costs. DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST ON THIS PEOPLE THEY WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY WITH NO MERCY. It took me years to be able to save what they charged me so that they in one day could take it all with no conscience or mercy.
