Called Gateway Rooter for a gas leak issue, Nick showed up within an hour, did a full inspection. Found two trouble spots that needed to be addressed, did not charge for the inspection and completed the job needed. Will call Gateway Rooter for any other plumbing issues in the future. Once again magnet plumbing came to save the day. I manage a building of 49 units and out we had a gas leak somewhere. The city shut the gas for the whole building. They also are the main plumbing company do all the services for my building I have no complains my tenants love them and for this gas problem I call them they showed up right away and they got to work they found the problem fixed it in there able to turn on the gas so that people could have dinner that's amazing Saul is an amazing person he came and helped us through everything he was right on time very professional.

Excellent service

On May 25, 2018 I asked Arie Plumbing (Derfla Corp.) to do 3 simple plumbing tasks: Replace an 80 year old outside faucet that no longer functioned, fix a bathroom sink faucet that was leaking, and replace a toilet flusher that no longer worked properly. Each simple task should have taken about 10 minutes apiece. When the plumber arrived, he started with the outside faucet and immediately broke the pipe leading up to the faucet. Now he had to fix a significant length of pipe as well as the faucet. What would have been a 10 minute task turned into a 90 minute job. Which Arie charged me for, even though it wasn't my fault the pipe broke.
The other 2 tasks actually took about 10 minutes each. However, four days after the bathroom faucet was fixed, it was dripping worse than before. I called Arie and talked to Tiffany and Elena, the manager. I asked them to come back and fix the faucet. They refused to return phone calls or my Emails. After 10 days of no responses from Arie Plumbing, I contacted another plumbing firm to fix the faucet.
All this is to describe Arie Plumbing's competence and when you complain or ask them to fix what they say they have fixed, they ignore you.

Terrible service and attitude. Next time i'll check yelp before hiring.

I've called upon this company in the past to redo my main pipe line and they did a wonderful job, I've never had issues with them in the past so I am highly disappointed at the switch in their professionalism. What happened, guys??

The installation of the new kitchen line was not up to code when the inspector came by. This caused a 2 week delay to our project. I am out of the country and our contractors sent photos of the work performed by Todd's team. After seeing the photos I contacted Todd to let him know we may have a problem. Todd didn't believe me, said that everything is up to code. So we waited for the inspector to come by who didn't pass the plumbing.

Todd has been avoiding my text messages, I can't call him.

The inspector asked for his license number to report him to the city, that's how bad job has been done.

The inspector said that a professional plumber couldn't have done this type of work. I was surprised too.

Do not trust this company. Todd is irresponsible like the rest of his team and I am sincerely disappointed to be writing this review. I don't want anyone to experience what we went through, not worth it.

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
