During Covid and my mother faced a huge bathroom clog. Mr Speedy came out fully guarded! and fixed the issue at no time. This is the BEST plumbing company I have ever worked with. They have done multiple big jobs for my office and are currently trying to find a gas leak in my house. They are angels and so responsible and super super nice. I love them. Especially Javier. Give them your money!!!

They do free work apparently. I've been calling every week for the last 4 months to get a COI and W9 so we can pay their invoice and they still have yet to send me those documents.

Todd has no accountability for mishandled repairs. Used their services a while back and thought they did a good job. Unfortunately we discovered that we still had the same issue. We were promised a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, however when we called back Todd and his team said we would be charged $450 just to come take a look at the problem. Their customer service needs much work, they do not honor warranties on work, and there is an overall lack of professionalism with this company. This review is only the first step, complaints with their licensing board will be initiated as well.
