I had a toilet that would run for 30-40 minutes at a time. Another plumber came out and 'fixed' it, except it wasn't fixed. I called Real Plumbers and they came out the same day and fixed it. I plan to continue trying them out for future plumbing issues.

(2021) We had a leak in our laundry room at our new house. Randall was able to address the situation and treated fixing our pipe like it was his own house. There’s no one else we call for plumbing. Easy to work with, honest, on time, affordable, and GREAT WORK.

(2020) All I can say is WOW - Randall is the real deal. He installed a new garbage disposal and a new dishwasher for us and not only did he show up early and provide exceptional service - he goes the extra mile and has such a great attention to detail. Wow are they amazing we had some major sewer line issues and we needed a hydro jetting service and the install and replacement of a bad water heater. Just fantastic. The plumbing issue we encountered was unique and difficult to diagnose, so it took several visits to resolve. Despite this, the entire team was professional, responsive, and respectful. The way in which they assessed and resolved the problem was thoughtful and skillful. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they did the repair in a timely manner. Over 35 years of owning homes and dealing with plumbers, this team has exceeded all expectations. Very impressed by comprehensive and high-quality services rendered by Plotke Plumbing. My condo needed overhaul remodeling before leasing out: carpeting, hardwood and tile replacement, painting, electric and plumbing works were needed. It could have been very challenging, costly and time-consuming if I had to hire each vendor. When I consulted my needs with Plotke, they said they can take care of them all. I called to schedule a plumber for a leak under my house. I was told over the phone that there would be a $120.00 cost to have the plumber go under my house and inspect. I agreed and scheduled. The plumber was to arrive between 10-12.

The plumber actually arrived at 3:30 p.m. (they did call to say he'd be late). But upon arrival when I walked him to the opening to the crawl space he then told me it was $250.00 for him to go under the house. I asked him to call the office as I was quoted $120.00. He got off the phone and said it was $250.00. I told him I'd get someone else.

I don't appreciate the attempted shakedown, and this is no way to do business.

These are crooked plumbers. They quoted me $3000 to fix a simple leak under my house and I agreed and they gave me the quote in writing. But an hour after they started they asked for $5000 to finish the job because they found another leak in the same location. I asked them to fix both leaks for the $3000 but they refused and we were stuck with using them because they had already dismantled some of our pipes. This is a bait and switch routine, quoting a lesser price then raising the price to finish the work. We complained to the supervisor but he said no he would not help us other than a $250 reduction. This job should have been done for about $2500 but because of Ritz Plumbing did this bait and switch we were stuck with the over inflated price of $5300. Buyer beware of this company, they are disreputable.
