We had a few issues that needed to be corrected and our biggest issue/concern was our master shower. The TRM team solved the problem by correcting the valve, water pressure and temperature, and have now given us The Wynn, Las Vegas shower experience we've wanted all along!

We also appreciated Seth's expertise, professionalism and friendliness and will definitely use TRM again for future projects--as well as recommend them to our friends and family.

I gave a call and explained my issue to them. I was told that based on the circumstance of my issue that I should look into Trenchless Technology which will clean my pipe without the need to replace my pipes. They gave me a real good briefing regarding what it would cost, and the time.

I said yes, and it worked out perfectly. Our plumbing issues were resolved and we saved a ton of money since we didn't have to dig nor replace any pipes.

During Covid and my mother faced a huge bathroom clog. Mr Speedy came out fully guarded! and fixed the issue at no time. Excellent plumbing service, if you need a plumber who does the job and give you an honest quote , i highly recommend Mr Speedy plumbing West Hollywood. hopefully we wont have any clogs, but if I need any plumbing service to be done by a professional i will call them. stay safe guys!

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

My bathroom faucet had a leak. I attempted to fix the problem and I made it worse to the point that I had to turn off the water for the whole house.

We have used MOE for many, many years at different properties. Very happy with the service.

It took me a month to realize the sewer sump pump at the back of my property was not working. Not knowing what lurked underground, I needed help fast.

Edwin came to the rescue.

Other plumbers on Yelp indicated they had knowledge of sump pumps. But Edwin was clearly the most knowledgeable when we first talked. It was well worth waiting until the next day when he was available.

Edwin showed up exactly when he said (rare in a contractor), showed me what the issue was, explained what was required to fix it. He also provided me with options to save some money.

It turned out to be a big job. The original sump pump was improperly installed 2' underground with the access pipes over the lid, making it impossible to open up the pump to see inside. Just to see inside took an hour, digging and cutting away the pipes. The pump was filled with roots.

After discussing my options, Edwin returned the next day with a new sump pump. He recommended installing an alarm to prevent the same problem in the future. At first I opted out on the alarm to save money. But later realized he was right; an alarm would help me maintain the new pump instead of replacing it every few years (a much larger expense).

Edwin is very thorough. He explains how everything works in an easy to understand way. He even sent me photos when I was not on site. And he's clean! I didn't have to clean up after him.

It's assuring to find a contractor as honest, friendly and reliable as Edwin. I've started an Edwin To-Do List. I'll be calling him again and I strongly recommend you do to.

He was great! Actually called me because I was working BEFORE schedule to see if I was ok with him coming before my appointment window. When he arrived he was completely professional, friendly and knowledgeable in diagnosing the intermittent noise issues I had with my oven. He even shared other considerations regarding intake and exhaust vents that were not properly installed or sized by previous homeowners. I will definitely call back the specialists if I need help in the future. Thanks again!

Called Gateway Rooter for a gas leak issue, Nick showed up within an hour, did a full inspection. Found two trouble spots that needed to be addressed, did not charge for the inspection and completed the job needed. Will call Gateway Rooter for any other plumbing issues in the future. He did a scheduled tune up and a great repair on my oven and I want to give him positive feedback for a great job!

The staff at this place are very mentally unstable. I just witnessed one of their workers threaten people out in public. Shaking my head, this place is one incident away from getting the police involved. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
