(2021) We had a leak in our laundry room at our new house. Randall was able to address the situation and treated fixing our pipe like it was his own house. There’s no one else we call for plumbing. Easy to work with, honest, on time, affordable, and GREAT WORK.

(2020) All I can say is WOW - Randall is the real deal. He installed a new garbage disposal and a new dishwasher for us and not only did he show up early and provide exceptional service - he goes the extra mile and has such a great attention to detail. If you’re in LA and need a plumber, there is seriously no one better.

We had a clogged kitchen sink, a major source of inconvenience. Response to our call in the evening was fast and the person who did the job provided quick and very efficient service. He was also very professional in his approach. For example, before job started the plumber clearly explained what he wanted to do and ended off with great tools and tips on how to prevent this issue. We will not hesitate to use Liberty plumbing and heating again. Absolutely recommended!!!

Called Victor for an estimate to have my sewer lateral replaced. He showed up the same day with his camera to inspect the line and give an estimate. The work was done in 3 quick days. He and his crew were polite and hard working. At the end of each work day, the job site was left clean and orderly. I highly recommend Victor for any plumbing needs. He's the best!

Alex and Erik came to my home. They arrived very promptly after requesting service, and on a weekend. They were extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a mainline backup, and they were able to resolve the problem quickly, and took extra care is placing floor covering to keep my home clean. I will definitely use their service in the future. Thank goodness I found Ralph when the pipe burst under my kitchen sink. Water was everywhere. I don't know much about plumbing, but somehow he fixed the pipe in about 40 minutes. Called and he came out in three hours. Reasonable price for such responsive service.

The gas company checked my house for gas leaks and needed a professional plumber to repair them. Craig came to my house early the next morning and checked every single pipe with Alex, the whole work was completed successfully after 3 days. I am very grateful to Craig and Alex for their carefulness, and I am very relieved to leave all the piping problems in my house to them in the future.

We had needed a plumber so when we went online we found s plumber here. We had got some pricing over the phone and they had given us some crazy prices for some work. They seemed highly overpriced and after asking around found much better offers. The point is do your homeowner homework first before hiring an overpriced plumber

My sink would not drain and I was afraid of how much I would have to pay to have it fixed. This had been a chronic problem and I had the Rooter people come herr a few times and since they didn't fix it properly I decided to go with a legit plumber. I looked at a lot of online reviews and New Flow Plumbing seemed like an honest business with good reviews and so I hired them to do the job. The man who came to our apartment was very nice and he explained what he would do to fix the issue and why it would work and it has been almost a month and the drain has been flowing better than it ever has been.

Good old fashioned speedy and competent service. When you have a plumbing issue you want it solved, fast. I called several companies before I found Mr. Speedy. Mr. Speedy was the only company which didn’t give me the run around. They just took care of it. And the plumber who did the work was friendly and tidy.

Had an overall impressive impression of universal plumbing. The guys were great Chris and Jim. Did great work and were definitely a big help to my problem. Highly recommended will be my go-to plumbers forever!!

Richards Rooter and Plumbing has great reviews but my experience was disappointing. First, it was $250 to even come to our apartment building (which would then be applied towards the repair.) Then it was $750 (so an additional $500) to cut open the wall and find the leak, even though I correctly identified where the hot water pipe was leaking based on feeling a warm spot on the wall.

Richard suggested a temporary clamp for another $500 (though he said it’d be free if it didn’t work) and coming back to fix it the next day (it was 2:30pm). I asked if it could just be fixed today and had to leave for an appointment and he set about cutting open more of the wall to see the extent of the corrosion. By the time I came back at 4:30pm, he’d put on the temporary clamp which didn’t fully stop the leak (still requesting $500 for it) and said he could fix it at 9am for $2000 with the clamp $500 going towards it (so $1500 more).

I felt like the charges were really high, especially since water was still leaking into the units below. The way Richard seemed more focused on getting paid than actually fixing the leak made me feel like he was taking advantage of the situation and didn’t seem to care about water dripping into people’s homes.

Later that evening, another resident called their own plumber unbeknownst to me and had him fix the leak that night (for $600). I texted Richard as soon as I learned of this so as not to waste his time and he got a little salty, texting things like “And we have a contract if that means anything to you” even though he only wrote an estimate for the repair.

All in all, Richard was available, communicative, and showed up when called, but he was ineffective, expensive, and then snarky when he didn’t get his way. He couldn’t fix two pinhole leaks (even temporarily) for $1250. He would have charged an additional $1500 to do a job that someone else did for $600. I only hope my experience informs others.

Asher is the boss. I needed some plumbing repairs and installations at my condo. He came at a convenient time for me and finished in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend. Would definitely use again.

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

Ed was the technician that was sent to our house by the company to fix the leak that we had in the kitchen.. He was friendly, explained to us the problem and gave an estimation of the cost and the time of work.. He did an excellent job, and eventually charged less than the estimation.. Thank you..

I have a very old house and H.N. Harris plumbing has done all of my work since 2015. This house had so much deferred maintenance and Javier and his crew have helped us work on various aspects bit by but as we modernize. They have rebuilt or replaced almost all of the fixtures and replaced at least one pump. We will start repipe as soon as I find a tile guy! I have had quite a few plumbers try to bilk me out of thousands of dollars and Javier has always given me a fair price for a lot of work. Above all, he had helped us to keep the old charm of our existing fixtures the keep the character of the house alive. They are my plumbers for life.
