Best Line Replacement in Los Angeles CA

There was a root problem in the common six-inch line going to the street sewer. We called a local plumber, who cleaned out the roots and proposed a pipe lining solution to prevent further root problems. The pipe lining solution seemed risky and high priced, so we did not pursue that.

We recently became aware of the trench-less sewer line replacement process that uses pipe bursting to pull continuous heavy polyethylene pipe into the space previously occupied by the old pipe. Shortly after that, two of our neighbors hired Greg to replace their side sewers. We got to see Greg perform the pipe-bursting process, and we were impressed by the process and their expertise. The price also seemed very reasonable.

We hired Greg to do our job. For some time I had been worried about how to do it and how much it would cost, but his method seemed like the solution. Our job had some significant challenges that he handled with minimal complication. He quickly solved problems that probably would have stopped people with less experience. During the work, we were without sewer only a few hours at a time, and we always had a temporary connection most of the day and all night. We now have a new side sewer that is better and more durable than the old concrete one. We are completely satisfied with the quality and value of what we received, and we learned a lot. Our experience was very consistent with all of the positive reviews on this site.

Needed a quick fix to resolve a leak. My tech from Pacific Discount Plumbing was very responsive over text and we had a quote and an appointment in the first 30 minutes. I've used Craig's Plumbing since 2012. He replaced all water lines with copper at my 5 unit apt building in Westchester with little to no disruption to the tenants and at a fixed price. One of his employees, Alex is a great plumber and he too will call you if he sees a problem while on the job. I had Alex replace a waste line from the second story and he saw it was connected to the downstairs unit and called me to see if I wanted that replaced while the exterior wall was still open at minimal cost! I'd rather get it fixed once and done right. Craig will call you back even if he's on vacation (he was in Arizona). Unbelievable customer service and responsiveness. I believe in quality and value, so does Craig's Plumbing.

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. I had an appointment with them took time off work to wait but they never showed up. What ‘s worse is that they did’nt even call. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. Please don’t use this company they dont deserve your business there are a lot more small business that deserve your patronage

Plumber 2 The Rescue was great! It was easy to make an appointment, the plumber arrived early and was able to fix my garbage disposal quickly. They also text you to confirm your appt and text again when the tech is on their way. Highly recommend!

I called them because I needed immediate (or as close as possible) service and their Google ad said they were open 24/7. Well long story short, They were unable to come the night I called, but didn't let me know this until I called them at midnight (my window was between 10pm & 12:00.) Once they got here (at 11:15am the next day,) the service was fantastic. Jose had my toilet working within 15 or 20 minutes. He quoted me $212.00, but I told him I was taking advantage of their $77.00 special, and verified it when I made the appointment. He charged me $80.00, which was fine with me.

I called a day ahead and made an appointment to fit my busy schedule. They gave me a two hour window but never showed. I called 10 minutes after to confirm that they are on their way. They lied to me over the phone and said he was running late, when I feel certain they got on another line and called a technician right then and there to ask if he could come out. They then told me it would be 20 minutes. One hour later I called two other plumbers and conducted regular business professionally, they still had not called. I called back and cancelled. Don't lie and BS you own customers, especially new ones. I have several multi big items to replace; but refuse to do business with people like this.
