Semi annual maintenance service completed. They called and scheduled convenient appointment, called and advised tech was on the way at the appointment time. Technician was professional with a great attitude and worked efficiently. He advised of some additional work that he recommended which I agreed. Very satisfied with the services provided and performed. Excellent technician!

STOP LOOKING for a plumber. This is the best plumber I've ever used and I've used a ton of 'em over the years! He is diligent, on time does more then required. He's neat, clean and friendly and here comes the best part.....

I set an appointment for my annual AC maintenance. The service guy arrived on time and completed the system check in a timely manner. Once he was done he explained what he did and gave me some maintenance recommendations.

Called this business to unclog a drain,
I took a chance because I've been taken advantaged of by the bigger plumbing companies in the past. He is a very nice honest man who is licenced and contracted...if he couldn't unclog their would be no charge..other companies charge just to come to your house.

Mark was cordial & easy to communicate with. I am so happy he resolved the issue with the clog. The cost to have him snake the pipe was fair & not exorbitant. I will not hesitate to contact Mark or Western Rooter again. Thank you, Mark, for a peace of mind. Last but not least, the office staff was a pleasure to speak with. Altogether, an extremely positive experience.

They are unprofessional, make up lies, and I regret using them for Mother’s Day. I ordered online for Mother’s Day to be delivered on that day, but they kept calling my mom 3x while she was at work, the day before Mother’s Day, saying they do not work Sundays and they need to deliver the flowers to her right now. They also lied to my Mom saying they already called me and talked to me about how they don’t work on Sundays (Mothers Day) and they need to change the delivery date. I have never received an email or call from them about this whole situation and they kept harassing my mom at work the day before Mother’s Day lying about their business and the promised delivery date. I even paid extra for the upgrade flowers and when my mom sent me the picture, it was not worth paying $100 for the arrangement.

I used them based on good reviews and I just don’t want anyone else have to use their hard earned money on such an unprofessional business.
