Semi annual maintenance service completed. They called and scheduled convenient appointment, called and advised tech was on the way at the appointment time. Technician was professional with a great attitude and worked efficiently. He advised of some additional work that he recommended which I agreed. Very satisfied with the services provided and performed. Excellent technician!

So very pleased with the service I received from Western Rooter and especially from repairman Ryan. He is a very professional and personable man. He repaired my water heater and the charge for the service was very reasonable. I have other plumbing problems that are not emergencies so had planned on delaying getting them fixed. I feel so comfortable to have my repairs done sooner rather than later now.
