I’m 70 years old and have been looking for a good dependable plumber for most of my adult life. I finally found Readyfast Rooter and Plumbing. My wife and I have an old house and 2020 is the year that our plumbing went to pot. Readyfast has fixed every one of our plumbing problems - no matter how big or small. Two big jobs required digging up a section of the yard to replace cracked pieces of pipe clogged with roots and small jobs like fixing a leaking water heater. Even though for a plumber, the water heater repair is a small job, for my wife and I, not having hot water is a big inconvenience. Besides Readyfast’s quick response time, they do little things that I appreciate - like, calling the night before to verify and calling again when they are one their way. The technicians are always clean, all the tools are clean, when they are done with the job, the work area looks cleaner than when they got there. They all comply to the COVID-19 mask requirement, they are friendly, knowledgeable and they just convey confidence that the problem is going to be fixed - and for us, it always has been fixed. I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Our toilet flooded Saturday afternoon, 2 hours before guests were expected to arrive for our Friendsgiving. My husband called Jacob who answered his call and said he'd be there to see what the problem was. 20 minutes later Jacob showed up!! He was super friendly, personable and efficient.
