Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

My shower pipe broke for the second time this year over the weekend and needed immediate service, called GM Plumbing and spoke to Phillip who assured me that he was going to send someone right away which he did! The plumber was extremely friendly, professional and very informative my shower was fixed flawlessly, apparently the my previous plumber (who I will no longer be calling) installed it very poorly and the price was very reasonable. As someone who works for customer service I immediately pay attention from the call to the end of the service and this plumbing company met all my expectations. Will definitely be using GM Plumbing as my forever plumber.

Called readyfast regarding gas valve leak and spoke with John who referred a plumber friend since he was busy at the time. John immediately provided info and followed up with a text. John was very concerned and I scheduled service the following morning since he was the only plumber I spoke with who wanted make sure matter was resolved ASAP.
