Best Water Heater Drain in Long Beach CA

We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. Timothy, the owner of The Green plumber, sets the highest standard by which ALL plumbers in the industry should work by. His work is always on point, he’s extremely knowledgeable in his craft and has a phenomenal referral network. Timothy has not only done repairs at my home several times but also at my business. My most recent situation involved a broken sewage pipe under my house. It was a disgusting mess but Timothy handled everything like a champ and a true professional. What could have turned out to be my worst nightmare, was actually a decent experience despite the messiness of it. Although the clean up and repair process was long, it was all handled very timely and fairly easily. I will refer Timothy over & over again for his reliability, experience and definitely someone you can trust. He caters to each clients needs and truly puts his ALL into his work. He is more than fair on his pricing and worth EVERY penny of it!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

I am really disappointed in my experience with Philip and GM Plumbing. We were in the middle of selling our house and moving and needed a quick repair for our water heater gas supply line. After calling a few places, GM was the only one able to do the work in the time needed (and I guess I know why they had availability!). Philip explained what they would do, made it sound like pretty extensive work (2 people, most of a day is what he told me), and quoted almost $1,000! He did a great job of taking advantage of someone that didn't have time to find another option. Once the work was done, I found that what he did was run about 20' of pipe, straight from the gas meter to the water heater along the outside of the house. It took one person and an apprentice <2 hours to do the work. He probably made $600-$700 on the deal. Want to make sure no one has the same experience I had! Stay away!

If you need a trustworthy, professional plumber, I highly recommend William Thomas Plumbing. They find the problem, present the solution/options and do good work at an affordable price. They won't nickle and dime you, and do half the work, or create problems so they can come back. If you need a good trustworthy, afordable plumber....call them.

we had 4 different plumbers come out to quote us for a slab leak and concrete patch. after reviewing all of them, we chose to go with hire me plumbing and so glad we did. they werent the cheapest (the lowest quote was from a guy that ghosted us after we asked for his state license #), but they were by far the most knowledgeable. unlike the other guys that came out, they didnt try to upsell us on anything. the actual service itself was quick, the bill was exactly as quoted, and the concrete patch work they did was perfect. plumbers have a bad rap, but these guys are awesome and i would recommend them for anyone looking for a plumber in the long beach area.

I was able to hire this company to handle the kitchen faucet repair service yesterday, and luckily, they were able to do so without any delays. I am grateful for the service they provided because it was absolutely fantastic and enjoyable. This company and its plumbers will, without a doubt, be highly recommended to everyone!

Nolan and Scott came out on time. Very very friendly. Didnt feel any pressure. Took care of my stopped up sink and bathtub quickly. Did a great job. Will definitely call them again.

I was really really satisfied with the Service that John Provided. It was a spur of the moment that I called him and he was happy to do the job and what a great job he did. He replaced our waterheater, hauled off the old and left everything neat and in order. On top of that, I asked if he could replace a kitchen faucet also and again no problem . He explained everything he was doing and what things were important. He was reasonable on pricing as well. I will definitely call on him again and refer him for your Waterheater or plumbing needs. I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater.
