Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

we had 4 different plumbers come out to quote us for a slab leak and concrete patch. after reviewing all of them, we chose to go with hire me plumbing and so glad we did. they werent the cheapest (the lowest quote was from a guy that ghosted us after we asked for his state license #), but they were by far the most knowledgeable. unlike the other guys that came out, they didnt try to upsell us on anything. the actual service itself was quick, the bill was exactly as quoted, and the concrete patch work they did was perfect. plumbers have a bad rap, but these guys are awesome and i would recommend them for anyone looking for a plumber in the long beach area.

I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Our toilet flooded Saturday afternoon, 2 hours before guests were expected to arrive for our Friendsgiving.
