Upon entering the house, he even put on boot covers to not track in any of the dirt / mud that may be on the boot from a rain that day. I called Beach Plumbing on a rainy Saturday morning in an effort to support local business and to have my old water heater replaced after the recent storm took its toll. The staff answering my call was efficient and friendly. Edwin responded the same day and provided me a solid quote with work to be done on Monday. As promised… Rene arrived Monday morning with the new water heater and within roughly an hour and a half, the old one was removed and the new one was installed. Rene’s service was fantastic - super efficient, professional, friendly and left the jobsite clean, which is always appreciated. I will use Beach Plumbing again for any of my future plumbing needs.

Repipe: Good materials, professional quality work, quickly completed and all by a subcontracted team of great guys who were experience and worked together to get the job done. That’s everything I’d have expected for the price paid.
5 Stars would have been possible and for more than I'd have expected from a professional . (A word to those inexperienced with hiring out work you decide not to do. Be diligent ask questions, don’t assume, and get everything written in detail. If you don’t, the opportunities for savings* for you will be turned into a business profit ,as I found out, working with Allan Frank and not then being a practiced and diligent customer. Let the buyer beware is a perfect admonition here.

Update: it’s been two years now. The system is great with no issues. The recirculating hot water system is fantastic and recommended!

Juan Carlos was incredible! He was not only wonderful at communicating with us, but he got here fast, he was kind, cheerful, and respectful of our home. He fixed our toilet in about 20 minutes, he set up a clean area around the whole bathroom to ensure he wouldn’t make any mess, and left the bathroom almost cleaner than he got to it! I will absolutely request him again and have already referred him to neighbors.
