Timothy, the owner of The Green plumber, sets the highest standard by which ALL plumbers in the industry should work by. His work is always on point, he’s extremely knowledgeable in his craft and has a phenomenal referral network. Timothy has not only done repairs at my home several times but also at my business. My most recent situation involved a broken sewage pipe under my house. It was a disgusting mess but Timothy handled everything like a champ and a true professional. What could have turned out to be my worst nightmare, was actually a decent experience despite the messiness of it. Although the clean up and repair process was long, it was all handled very timely and fairly easily. The water dept. sent me an email letting me know I'd had a continuous leak for over a week. It was Easter weekend. Jose and his team showed up Sunday morning, diagnosed the problem and returned Monday morning to replace the line from my house to the street in a day. They were quick, courteous, and saved the chunks of grass in my lawn to replace back on top of the line when they finished. The price was more than fair and I'm grateful that they got my repairs done so quick to keep my water bill down. Great work, great people.

And the quality of work that he performed in my bathroom and water pipe in front of my house was 100%.he took before/after pictures annd showed me what the problem was and what did to fix it, And he also clean after himself. They came and were pleasant enough. It took a minute to unclog my toliet and charged $130 which was a little bit steep but the job got done.

Josh Bortin goes the extra mile! He is knowledgeable--licensed as both plumber and electrician--prompt, and completely dependable. In my case, her responded immediately to a text for help sent on a Saturday night (!) and arrived Sunday morning, looked at the problem, diagnosed it on the spot, and returned Sunday afternoon with the necessary part. Problem solved!

This company was selected by First American Home Warranty. This man came out QUICKLY, on a Friday, collected our $100 service fee, cashed the check immediately and then didn't respond to any text messages from me, my husband or the warranty company. Guess he just needed money for the weekend. Absolutely ridiculous!
