We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. Thanks you Ken for your courtesy.

Okay, Timothy is a magician. My husband and I have been living in our apartment in Long Beach for almost 2 years with very low water pressure coming from our bathroom and kitchen sinks- especially not fun when doing the dishes. We contacted our manager who contacted a plumber who just couldn't figure it out. This evening, my husband spotted The Green Plumber van with Timothy out front, and asked him if he had time to check out our sinks. Without hesitation, Tim came up, and in under 60 seconds, both sinks were fixed with the water pressure turned WAY up. Highly recommend Tim. Trust me when I say, don't bother calling anyone else. They won't nickle and dime you, and do half the work, or create problems so they can come back. If you need a good trustworthy, afordable plumber....call them.

Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

I have had a leak underground for over a month that G.M. plumbing charged over 6k to locate. They have come out to the property and left multiple holes and have made zero repairs. Today I received a quote for an additional $4,500 to keep looking. If you want to be out over 10k for a plumber that might be able to help you find a leak then these are your guys. What an incredible waste of time and money.

we had 4 different plumbers come out to quote us for a slab leak and concrete patch. after reviewing all of them, we chose to go with hire me plumbing and so glad we did. they werent the cheapest (the lowest quote was from a guy that ghosted us after we asked for his state license #), but they were by far the most knowledgeable. unlike the other guys that came out, they didnt try to upsell us on anything. the actual service itself was quick, the bill was exactly as quoted, and the concrete patch work they did was perfect. plumbers have a bad rap, but these guys are awesome and i would recommend them for anyone looking for a plumber in the long beach area.

My friend referred me to this company, and I had them address my water line repair needs. Their plumber explained everything well, was professional, and was helpful throughout the whole service. Called readyfast regarding gas valve leak and spoke with John who referred a plumber friend since he was busy at the time. John immediately provided info and followed up with a text. John was very concerned and I scheduled service the following morning since he was the only plumber I spoke with who wanted make sure matter was resolved ASAP. John came out the next morning and took care of the problem. Professionalism and workmanship is exceptional. Definitely the go to plumber in the area. Highly recommend John and Team!

This is an unethical business. AVOID at all costs. I called them out to unclog a backed up riser/mainline at my home. They came out and informed me the service would cost $250. For some reason they did not attempt to rooter the clog from inside the house but instead decided the only option was the toilet vent on the roof of the house. The plumber tried that for a bit and then gave up (his mistake for making it way harder on himself by not starting inside the house). He then proceeded to attempt to upsell me on what he deemed to be the next necessary step, $700 for hydro jetting the main line. This was the point at which I told him I wanted to seek a 2nd opinion. He proceeded to collect his tools and then told me he needs to collect a $170 fee for the unclogging attempt (which was not disclosed at the onset of service). So, I was left with a clog and a $170 bill!

I then called Ready Fast Rooter, who arrived in a timely manner, explained all my options and what the fees are (doesn't charge if he cannot unclog the drain). He decided to start by rootering the shower drain and had the clog removed within 15 minutes. He felt there still might be some obstruction, so he rammed whatever remained with 5 gallon buckets of water directly down the drain. You could tell he approaches each job as if it's his own home. For all that I only paid $75 and he warrantied the work for 30 days.

In summary, AVOID A-QUICK ROOTER & PLUMBING OC.
