His work is always on point, he’s extremely knowledgeable in his craft and has a phenomenal referral network. Timothy has not only done repairs at my home several times but also at my business. My most recent situation involved a broken sewage pipe under my house. It was a disgusting mess but Timothy handled everything like a champ and a true professional. What could have turned out to be my worst nightmare, was actually a decent experience despite the messiness of it. Although the clean up and repair process was long, it was all handled very timely and fairly easily. I will refer Timothy over & over again for his reliability, experience and definitely someone you can trust. He caters to each clients needs and truly puts his ALL into his work. Is $745.00 a reasonable price to charge to replace a running, slow to fill toilet? They quoted my 75 year old Vietnam vet father that price. They told my mom that if they fix the problem, it will be about 200.00 less. I didnt allow them to fix or replace it. I will get another opinion from another company to see. I will change my rating if that was reasonable. Take my advice and shop around first.

I was really really satisfied with the Service that John Provided. It was a spur of the moment that I called him and he was happy to do the job and what a great job he did. He replaced our waterheater, hauled off the old and left everything neat and in order. On top of that, I asked if he could replace a kitchen faucet also and again no problem . He explained everything he was doing and what things were important. He was reasonable on pricing as well. I will definitely call on him again and refer him for your Waterheater or plumbing needs. I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. The tub and toilet in one of the bathrooms in my house was completely back up. My husband and I just recently bought our home so we had no idea what the issue could’ve been and unfortunately it wasn’t caught during the inspection process while we were in escrow. I gave A-Quick Rooter a call and they were at my house within 20 minutes. After completing the job and making sure everything was perfect, Richard explained what was causing our problems and also informed us that our other bathroom would’ve started to back up as well had we not taken care of this as soon as we did.
