If you need a trustworthy, professional plumber, I highly recommend William Thomas Plumbing. They find the problem, present the solution/options and do good work at an affordable price. They won't nickle and dime you, and do half the work, or create problems so they can come back. If you need a good trustworthy, afordable plumber....call them.

Feels like they took advantage, that it was an emergency that we had a burst pipe. The price was way too high. I would have loved to give them more stars and a better rating. But charging almost $900 for less than an hour's worth of work replacing a small piece of copper pipe, and it wasn't even outside of normal business hours.
They did send someone out quick, he did good work and was friendly and professional, but the price makes me never wanting to use them again and want to caution others to look elsewhere.

Long Beach Plumber is by far the best plumbing company I have used ever. They were affordable, fast, on time, and wore those little things around their feet when they entered the house. If I ever need a plumber again I will be using them without a doubt.

Put in a Takagi tankless water heater for me, did a superb job, added water pressure gauge, filter and clean out valves. Very clean install. Nice guys too. Ask for Mark.

I was able to hire this company to handle the kitchen faucet repair service yesterday, and luckily, they were able to do so without any delays. Steve was very professional when he came to fix our shower—a situation which had stumped a previous plumber also caused him to do aome research to solve. And he did it! Our shower is working again after an extended time being useless. What a relief, for a family with teenagers. Called readyfast regarding gas valve leak and spoke with John who referred a plumber friend since he was busy at the time. John immediately provided info and followed up with a text. John was very concerned and I scheduled service the following morning since he was the only plumber I spoke with who wanted make sure matter was resolved ASAP. John came out the next morning and took care of the problem. Professionalism and workmanship is exceptional. Definitely the go to plumber in the area. Highly recommend John and Team!

I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I went with the replacement cause it made sense. Thank you Quest Home Services, I will definitely call you guys again for future needs.
