Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

I was able to hire this company to handle the kitchen faucet repair service yesterday, and luckily, they were able to do so without any delays. Called readyfast regarding gas valve leak and spoke with John who referred a plumber friend since he was busy at the time. John immediately provided info and followed up with a text. John was very concerned and I scheduled service the following morning since he was the only plumber I spoke with who wanted make sure matter was resolved ASAP. John came out the next morning and took care of the problem. Professionalism and workmanship is exceptional. Definitely the go to plumber in the area. Highly recommend John and Team!

Needed emergency help one evening to unclog our main house drain line. They arrived when they said they would, did a great job pulling 2 large bundles of roots out of the line, and didn't charge and arm and a leg. Seems like a family business since it was the son of the owner on call. Would definitively call them again if we need preventive or (hopefully now) emergency service again.

I had a real plumbing emergency. I called Royal Plumber Signal Hill and they were able to send someone right away. The plumber was able to handle the problem with no issues on my end. They were reasonably priced, completed the service in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterwards!

They were able to respond quickly to a wastewater backup and identify the location and cause. They removed the jump in the sewer line that allowed backups to build and installed a 2-way cleanout to allow preventive maintenance.

They came out and replaced my toilet. The plumber had to go to Lowes to buy a part and I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure it was installed correctly .good job will use them again

We had a pipe leak/burst that was behind an exterior faucet. We had to turn the water off to the entire house. We called our normal plumber who had no time, left several messages for other plumbers, got one guy on the phone that quoted a small fortune, did not listen to the description and made it pretty clear he was more into sales that labor. Then we called Daniel at Strong Beach plumbing. We explained the situation, text him a picture and he proved a quote. He was then there within 20 minutes. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Plus get this, it took him less time than he estimated so he charged us LESS than the original quote. What a breath of fresh air. We are so happy to have found Strong Beach Plumbing. Daniel is our new go to guy!
