Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

The tub and toilet in one of the bathrooms in my house was completely back up. My husband and I just recently bought our home so we had no idea what the issue could’ve been and unfortunately it wasn’t caught during the inspection process while we were in escrow. I gave A-Quick Rooter a call and they were at my house within 20 minutes. After completing the job and making sure everything was perfect, Richard explained what was causing our problems and also informed us that our other bathroom would’ve started to back up as well had we not taken care of this as soon as we did. Gave Mr. Castaneda a call immediately after being informed of a gas leak on my property. Castaneda understood the urgency and met with me the same day to test for the leak. After the test, it was apparent to the two of us how severe the leak was. Mr. Castaneda was kind enough to explain and show me what he was doing. He connected an air compressor to one end of a pipe next to the gas meter. Of course he ensured all other ends of the gas pipes were closed before we shot air into the pipes. As this was done, the pressure was being measured by a pressure gauge that was connected to another end of a gas pipe.

Castaneda recommended I replace the pipes as they were all old and could potentially cause the same issue in the future.

Overall I am extremely pleased with the plumbing work that was done at my property. Castaneda 24/7 plumbing is now my go to plumber. Not only are his prices reasonably priced but you get to work with good genuine plumbing contractor.

They came out and replaced my toilet. The plumber had to go to Lowes to buy a part and I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure it was installed correctly .good job will use them again

If I could give this place a zero I would. Didn't do work according to code so when the city arrived to do additional work they couldn't. Wasted almost 1000 dollars to have someone else come in and do it right. When we called to inquire about it, Nick said I will talk to my supervisor and call you back. Never called back and now won't return any messages. We've left at least 3 requesting someone call us back. If you want good plumbing, I suggest you look elsewhere.
