Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

we had 4 different plumbers come out to quote us for a slab leak and concrete patch. after reviewing all of them, we chose to go with hire me plumbing and so glad we did. they werent the cheapest (the lowest quote was from a guy that ghosted us after we asked for his state license #), but they were by far the most knowledgeable. unlike the other guys that came out, they didnt try to upsell us on anything. the actual service itself was quick, the bill was exactly as quoted, and the concrete patch work they did was perfect. plumbers have a bad rap, but these guys are awesome and i would recommend them for anyone looking for a plumber in the long beach area.

I was able to hire this company to handle the kitchen faucet repair service yesterday, and luckily, they were able to do so without any delays. Called readyfast regarding gas valve leak and spoke with John who referred a plumber friend since he was busy at the time. John immediately provided info and followed up with a text. John was very concerned and I scheduled service the following morning since he was the only plumber I spoke with who wanted make sure matter was resolved ASAP. The tub and toilet in one of the bathrooms in my house was completely back up. My husband and I just recently bought our home so we had no idea what the issue could’ve been and unfortunately it wasn’t caught during the inspection process while we were in escrow.
