Elliot is very professional/detailed oriented and did a excellent job replacing pipes under a kitchen sink. He has highly skills to fix difficult problem not some plumbers don't want to handle. It was very helpful that he checked all pipes if they were in good condition to prevent from future leaking. He explained me how disposal pipes installed incorrectly unlike previous plumber from different company didn't tell me.

I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Needed emergency help one evening to unclog our main house drain line. They arrived when they said they would, did a great job pulling 2 large bundles of roots out of the line, and didn't charge and arm and a leg. Seems like a family business since it was the son of the owner on call. Would definitively call them again if we need preventive or (hopefully now) emergency service again.

Called because i needed some plumbing work and i was asking a question and got hung up on that's ok the drain guy got the job.
