Okay, Timothy is a magician. My husband and I have been living in our apartment in Long Beach for almost 2 years with very low water pressure coming from our bathroom and kitchen sinks- especially not fun when doing the dishes. We contacted our manager who contacted a plumber who just couldn't figure it out. This evening, my husband spotted The Green Plumber van with Timothy out front, and asked him if he had time to check out our sinks. Without hesitation, Tim came up, and in under 60 seconds, both sinks were fixed with the water pressure turned WAY up. Highly recommend Tim. Trust me when I say, don't bother calling anyone else. I have had a leak underground for over a month that G.M. plumbing charged over 6k to locate. They have come out to the property and left multiple holes and have made zero repairs. Today I received a quote for an additional $4,500 to keep looking. If you want to be out over 10k for a plumber that might be able to help you find a leak then these are your guys. What an incredible waste of time and money.

Had clogged pipe which was backing up sink and shower. Chuck arrived at the time promised.. He diagnosed the issue right away and completed the work in an extremely timely fashion. I’m 70 years old and have been looking for a good dependable plumber for most of my adult life. I finally found Readyfast Rooter and Plumbing. My wife and I have an old house and 2020 is the year that our plumbing went to pot. Readyfast has fixed every one of our plumbing problems - no matter how big or small. Two big jobs required digging up a section of the yard to replace cracked pieces of pipe clogged with roots and small jobs like fixing a leaking water heater. Even though for a plumber, the water heater repair is a small job, for my wife and I, not having hot water is a big inconvenience. Besides Readyfast’s quick response time, they do little things that I appreciate - like, calling the night before to verify and calling again when they are one their way. The technicians are always clean, all the tools are clean, when they are done with the job, the work area looks cleaner than when they got there. They all comply to the COVID-19 mask requirement, they are friendly, knowledgeable and they just convey confidence that the problem is going to be fixed - and for us, it always has been fixed. The high work ethics of the owner, John Flocken, seems to trickle down to all the Readyfast technicians. I rated the company 5 stars because they deserve it.

I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. The tub and toilet in one of the bathrooms in my house was completely back up. My husband and I just recently bought our home so we had no idea what the issue could’ve been and unfortunately it wasn’t caught during the inspection process while we were in escrow.
