Okay, Timothy is a magician. My husband and I have been living in our apartment in Long Beach for almost 2 years with very low water pressure coming from our bathroom and kitchen sinks- especially not fun when doing the dishes. We contacted our manager who contacted a plumber who just couldn't figure it out. This evening, my husband spotted The Green Plumber van with Timothy out front, and asked him if he had time to check out our sinks. Without hesitation, Tim came up, and in under 60 seconds, both sinks were fixed with the water pressure turned WAY up. Highly recommend Tim. Trust me when I say, don't bother calling anyone else. Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

I’m 70 years old and have been looking for a good dependable plumber for most of my adult life. I finally found Readyfast Rooter and Plumbing. My wife and I have an old house and 2020 is the year that our plumbing went to pot. Readyfast has fixed every one of our plumbing problems - no matter how big or small. Two big jobs required digging up a section of the yard to replace cracked pieces of pipe clogged with roots and small jobs like fixing a leaking water heater. Even though for a plumber, the water heater repair is a small job, for my wife and I, not having hot water is a big inconvenience. Besides Readyfast’s quick response time, they do little things that I appreciate - like, calling the night before to verify and calling again when they are one their way. The technicians are always clean, all the tools are clean, when they are done with the job, the work area looks cleaner than when they got there. They all comply to the COVID-19 mask requirement, they are friendly, knowledgeable and they just convey confidence that the problem is going to be fixed - and for us, it always has been fixed. The high work ethics of the owner, John Flocken, seems to trickle down to all the Readyfast technicians. I rated the company 5 stars because they deserve it.

I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I went with the replacement cause it made sense. Thank you Quest Home Services, I will definitely call you guys again for future needs.
