We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. These guys are fantastic! We did a termite tent, gas company turned off gas...tent came off gas company back out to turn gas back on....found a small leak ...probably as old as house ...won't restore service till leak is fixed..ok gas co will not do it so now you need to call a plumber... My plumber came and determined it is past him to really fix..referred me to GM Plumbing.... I can't tell how much I appreciate Phil the owner..responded quickly and stayed till we were up and running...better part of 2 days...price was totally reasonable and effort a ++++++++++. Problem resolved and thank you Phil, and thank you Steve for the referral.

Called readyfast regarding gas valve leak and spoke with John who referred a plumber friend since he was busy at the time. John immediately provided info and followed up with a text. John was very concerned and I scheduled service the following morning since he was the only plumber I spoke with who wanted make sure matter was resolved ASAP. John came out the next morning and took care of the problem. Professionalism and workmanship is exceptional. Definitely the go to plumber in the area. Highly recommend John and Team!

I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Our toilet flooded Saturday afternoon, 2 hours before guests were expected to arrive for our Friendsgiving. My husband called Jacob who answered his call and said he'd be there to see what the problem was. 20 minutes later Jacob showed up!! He was super friendly, personable and efficient.
