Feels like they took advantage, that it was an emergency that we had a burst pipe. The price was way too high. I would have loved to give them more stars and a better rating. But charging almost $900 for less than an hour's worth of work replacing a small piece of copper pipe, and it wasn't even outside of normal business hours.
They did send someone out quick, he did good work and was friendly and professional, but the price makes me never wanting to use them again and want to caution others to look elsewhere.

They know there stuff .... identified the problem right away

The tub and toilet in one of the bathrooms in my house was completely back up. My husband and I just recently bought our home so we had no idea what the issue could’ve been and unfortunately it wasn’t caught during the inspection process while we were in escrow. I gave A-Quick Rooter a call and they were at my house within 20 minutes. After completing the job and making sure everything was perfect, Richard explained what was causing our problems and also informed us that our other bathroom would’ve started to back up as well had we not taken care of this as soon as we did. I had a real plumbing emergency. I called Royal Plumber Signal Hill and they were able to send someone right away. The plumber was able to handle the problem with no issues on my end. They were reasonably priced, completed the service in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterwards!

Plumbing problems are where most of us feel vulnerable because we are usually in a bind as we need it fixed promptly. We had a major sewer line failure and they were able to fit us in the next day. Their work quality was great and their rates were entirely appropriate. Totally professional. If we need further plumbing work we will look no further.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Didn't do work according to code so when the city arrived to do additional work they couldn't. Wasted almost 1000 dollars to have someone else come in and do it right. When we called to inquire about it, Nick said I will talk to my supervisor and call you back. Never called back and now won't return any messages. We've left at least 3 requesting someone call us back. If you want good plumbing, I suggest you look elsewhere.
