We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. Thanks you Ken for your courtesy.

I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. The tub and toilet in one of the bathrooms in my house was completely back up. My husband and I just recently bought our home so we had no idea what the issue could’ve been and unfortunately it wasn’t caught during the inspection process while we were in escrow. I had a real plumbing emergency. I called Royal Plumber Signal Hill and they were able to send someone right away. The plumber was able to handle the problem with no issues on my end. They were reasonably priced, completed the service in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterwards!

Gave Mr. Castaneda a call immediately after being informed of a gas leak on my property. Castaneda understood the urgency and met with me the same day to test for the leak. After the test, it was apparent to the two of us how severe the leak was. Mr. Castaneda was kind enough to explain and show me what he was doing. He connected an air compressor to one end of a pipe next to the gas meter. Of course he ensured all other ends of the gas pipes were closed before we shot air into the pipes. As this was done, the pressure was being measured by a pressure gauge that was connected to another end of a gas pipe.

Castaneda recommended I replace the pipes as they were all old and could potentially cause the same issue in the future.

Overall I am extremely pleased with the plumbing work that was done at my property. Castaneda 24/7 plumbing is now my go to plumber. Not only are his prices reasonably priced but you get to work with good genuine plumbing contractor.
