We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. I’m 70 years old and have been looking for a good dependable plumber for most of my adult life. I finally found Readyfast Rooter and Plumbing. My wife and I have an old house and 2020 is the year that our plumbing went to pot. Readyfast has fixed every one of our plumbing problems - no matter how big or small. Two big jobs required digging up a section of the yard to replace cracked pieces of pipe clogged with roots and small jobs like fixing a leaking water heater. Even though for a plumber, the water heater repair is a small job, for my wife and I, not having hot water is a big inconvenience. Besides Readyfast’s quick response time, they do little things that I appreciate - like, calling the night before to verify and calling again when they are one their way. The technicians are always clean, all the tools are clean, when they are done with the job, the work area looks cleaner than when they got there. They all comply to the COVID-19 mask requirement, they are friendly, knowledgeable and they just convey confidence that the problem is going to be fixed - and for us, it always has been fixed. The high work ethics of the owner, John Flocken, seems to trickle down to all the Readyfast technicians. I rated the company 5 stars because they deserve it.

I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I went with the replacement cause it made sense. Thank you Quest Home Services, I will definitely call you guys again for future needs.

Our toilet flooded Saturday afternoon, 2 hours before guests were expected to arrive for our Friendsgiving. My husband called Jacob who answered his call and said he'd be there to see what the problem was. 20 minutes later Jacob showed up!! He was super friendly, personable and efficient. Needless to say he got the job done quick and for a reasonable price! Jacob saved the day! I Would highly recommend Jacob!

This is an unethical business. AVOID at all costs. I called them out to unclog a backed up riser/mainline at my home. They came out and informed me the service would cost $250. For some reason they did not attempt to rooter the clog from inside the house but instead decided the only option was the toilet vent on the roof of the house. The plumber tried that for a bit and then gave up (his mistake for making it way harder on himself by not starting inside the house). He then proceeded to attempt to upsell me on what he deemed to be the next necessary step, $700 for hydro jetting the main line. This was the point at which I told him I wanted to seek a 2nd opinion. He proceeded to collect his tools and then told me he needs to collect a $170 fee for the unclogging attempt (which was not disclosed at the onset of service). So, I was left with a clog and a $170 bill!

I then called Ready Fast Rooter, who arrived in a timely manner, explained all my options and what the fees are (doesn't charge if he cannot unclog the drain). He decided to start by rootering the shower drain and had the clog removed within 15 minutes. He felt there still might be some obstruction, so he rammed whatever remained with 5 gallon buckets of water directly down the drain. You could tell he approaches each job as if it's his own home. For all that I only paid $75 and he warrantied the work for 30 days.

In summary, AVOID A-QUICK ROOTER & PLUMBING OC.
