We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. Thanks you Ken for your courtesy.

Long Beach Plumber is by far the best plumbing company I have used ever. They were affordable, fast, on time, and wore those little things around their feet when they entered the house. If I ever need a plumber again I will be using them without a doubt.

If you need a trustworthy, professional plumber, I highly recommend William Thomas Plumbing. They find the problem, present the solution/options and do good work at an affordable price. They won't nickle and dime you, and do half the work, or create problems so they can come back. If you need a good trustworthy, afordable plumber....call them.

Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

I am really disappointed in my experience with Philip and GM Plumbing. We were in the middle of selling our house and moving and needed a quick repair for our water heater gas supply line. After calling a few places, GM was the only one able to do the work in the time needed (and I guess I know why they had availability!). Philip explained what they would do, made it sound like pretty extensive work (2 people, most of a day is what he told me), and quoted almost $1,000! He did a great job of taking advantage of someone that didn't have time to find another option. Once the work was done, I found that what he did was run about 20' of pipe, straight from the gas meter to the water heater along the outside of the house. It took one person and an apprentice <2 hours to do the work. He probably made $600-$700 on the deal. Want to make sure no one has the same experience I had! Stay away!

we had 4 different plumbers come out to quote us for a slab leak and concrete patch. after reviewing all of them, we chose to go with hire me plumbing and so glad we did. they werent the cheapest (the lowest quote was from a guy that ghosted us after we asked for his state license #), but they were by far the most knowledgeable. unlike the other guys that came out, they didnt try to upsell us on anything. the actual service itself was quick, the bill was exactly as quoted, and the concrete patch work they did was perfect. plumbers have a bad rap, but these guys are awesome and i would recommend them for anyone looking for a plumber in the long beach area.

My friend referred me to this company, and I had them address my water line repair needs. Their plumber explained everything well, was professional, and was helpful throughout the whole service. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! After a horrible experience (and wasted money) with another plumber, I called ReadyFast Rooter to help me out with a clogged drain in our master bathroom. He had the clog removed in less than 15 minutes! He noted that the flow still felt a bit obstructed so he flushed the remaining clog out by slamming it with 5 gallon buckets of water. I could tell he approaches each job as if it's his own home. The cost of the service was cheapest by far (also doesn't charge if the clog cannot be removed) and the work is warrantied for 30 days. I will be calling ReadyFast back for any and all plumbing work I need in the future.

We’ve been using Primo for 12+ years for maintenance and emergencies. They have done everything from installing a clean out drain, annual root rooting, and a few back up emergencies. Good job came over fast job done fast

Needed emergency help one evening to unclog our main house drain line. They arrived when they said they would, did a great job pulling 2 large bundles of roots out of the line, and didn't charge and arm and a leg. Seems like a family business since it was the son of the owner on call. Would definitively call them again if we need preventive or (hopefully now) emergency service again.
