Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

Called readyfast regarding gas valve leak and spoke with John who referred a plumber friend since he was busy at the time. John immediately provided info and followed up with a text. John was very concerned and I scheduled service the following morning since he was the only plumber I spoke with who wanted make sure matter was resolved ASAP. I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The tub and toilet in one of the bathrooms in my house was completely back up.
