We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. I was really really satisfied with the Service that John Provided. It was a spur of the moment that I called him and he was happy to do the job and what a great job he did. He replaced our waterheater, hauled off the old and left everything neat and in order. On top of that, I asked if he could replace a kitchen faucet also and again no problem . Needed emergency help one evening to unclog our main house drain line. They arrived when they said they would, did a great job pulling 2 large bundles of roots out of the line, and didn't charge and arm and a leg. Seems like a family business since it was the son of the owner on call. Would definitively call them again if we need preventive or (hopefully now) emergency service again.
