Timothy, the owner of The Green plumber, sets the highest standard by which ALL plumbers in the industry should work by. His work is always on point, he’s extremely knowledgeable in his craft and has a phenomenal referral network. Timothy has not only done repairs at my home several times but also at my business. My most recent situation involved a broken sewage pipe under my house. It was a disgusting mess but Timothy handled everything like a champ and a true professional. What could have turned out to be my worst nightmare, was actually a decent experience despite the messiness of it. Although the clean up and repair process was long, it was all handled very timely and fairly easily. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! After a horrible experience (and wasted money) with another plumber, I called ReadyFast Rooter to help me out with a clogged drain in our master bathroom. He had the clog removed in less than 15 minutes! He noted that the flow still felt a bit obstructed so he flushed the remaining clog out by slamming it with 5 gallon buckets of water. I could tell he approaches each job as if it's his own home. The cost of the service was cheapest by far (also doesn't charge if the clog cannot be removed) and the work is warrantied for 30 days. I will be calling ReadyFast back for any and all plumbing work I need in the future.

This is an unethical business. AVOID at all costs. I called them out to unclog a backed up riser/mainline at my home. They came out and informed me the service would cost $250. For some reason they did not attempt to rooter the clog from inside the house but instead decided the only option was the toilet vent on the roof of the house. The plumber tried that for a bit and then gave up (his mistake for making it way harder on himself by not starting inside the house). He then proceeded to attempt to upsell me on what he deemed to be the next necessary step, $700 for hydro jetting the main line. This was the point at which I told him I wanted to seek a 2nd opinion. He proceeded to collect his tools and then told me he needs to collect a $170 fee for the unclogging attempt (which was not disclosed at the onset of service). So, I was left with a clog and a $170 bill!

I then called Ready Fast Rooter, who arrived in a timely manner, explained all my options and what the fees are (doesn't charge if he cannot unclog the drain). He decided to start by rootering the shower drain and had the clog removed within 15 minutes. He felt there still might be some obstruction, so he rammed whatever remained with 5 gallon buckets of water directly down the drain. You could tell he approaches each job as if it's his own home. For all that I only paid $75 and he warrantied the work for 30 days.

In summary, AVOID A-QUICK ROOTER & PLUMBING OC.
