Best plumber ever. Wish all service calls were like this!!

Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

Put in a Takagi tankless water heater for me, did a superb job, added water pressure gauge, filter and clean out valves. Very clean install. Nice guys too. Ask for Mark.

I was really really satisfied with the Service that John Provided. It was a spur of the moment that I called him and he was happy to do the job and what a great job he did. He replaced our waterheater, hauled off the old and left everything neat and in order. On top of that, I asked if he could replace a kitchen faucet also and again no problem . He explained everything he was doing and what things were important. He was reasonable on pricing as well. I will definitely call on him again and refer him for your Waterheater or plumbing needs. I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Jacob is a great plumber!

Had him come by to snake a few drains at my house in Long Beach. Roto Rooter quoted me more than 3x what Jacob ended up charging. He was in, got the work done quickly, gave a few pointers about some changes we made to the plumbing, and got out of there swiftly. Easy service and a quick turnaround.
