We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. My shower pipe broke for the second time this year over the weekend and needed immediate service, called GM Plumbing and spoke to Phillip who assured me that he was going to send someone right away which he did! The plumber was extremely friendly, professional and very informative my shower was fixed flawlessly, apparently the my previous plumber (who I will no longer be calling) installed it very poorly and the price was very reasonable. As someone who works for customer service I immediately pay attention from the call to the end of the service and this plumbing company met all my expectations. Will definitely be using GM Plumbing as my forever plumber.

Long Beach Plumber is by far the best plumbing company I have used ever. They were affordable, fast, on time, and wore those little things around their feet when they entered the house. If I ever need a plumber again I will be using them without a doubt.

Put in a Takagi tankless water heater for me, did a superb job, added water pressure gauge, filter and clean out valves. Very clean install. Nice guys too. Ask for Mark.

Needed emergency help one evening to unclog our main house drain line. They arrived when they said they would, did a great job pulling 2 large bundles of roots out of the line, and didn't charge and arm and a leg. Seems like a family business since it was the son of the owner on call. Would definitively call them again if we need preventive or (hopefully now) emergency service again.

I can't say enough about Castaneda's Plumbing! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were the first ones to respond when I started a search for a big plumbing job. And I'm glad I didn't look any further. I knew I needed about 40ft of pipe to be repaired from what previous plumbers told me, but I was scared to dig up my home. Initially I contacted this company to see if I could get trenchless repair. They gave me a full inspection, saw that I couldn't have trenchless work done, BUT they gave me all options trying to help me out. These guys are honest!! First, I loved the name--Strong Beach Plumbing--and wanted to support local business! Then read reviews and decided to give them a call. Their estimate was very reasonable compared to other companies so I hired them. Daniel installed the dishwasher, faucet garbage disposal, RO system, and plumbing and he did a GREAT job! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I'm happy I hired Strong Beach Plumbing and will hire them for my future plumbing needs!
