We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. Elliot is very professional/detailed oriented and did a excellent job replacing pipes under a kitchen sink. He has highly skills to fix difficult problem not some plumbers don't want to handle. It was very helpful that he checked all pipes if they were in good condition to prevent from future leaking. He explained me how disposal pipes installed incorrectly unlike previous plumber from different company didn't tell me.

I was really really satisfied with the Service that John Provided. It was a spur of the moment that I called him and he was happy to do the job and what a great job he did. He replaced our waterheater, hauled off the old and left everything neat and in order. On top of that, I asked if he could replace a kitchen faucet also and again no problem .
