Edwin from Beach Plumbing came out the same morning that I called their offices and helped me out with a clogged drain situation. It was a tough problem with clogged back to back bathroom sinks, so when I tried to snake the sink myself, the cable would go down one sink and pop out the other without touching the clog. Edwin was able to diagnose the problem immediately and presented me with several options for how to tackle the problem. Lucky for me, the easiest and quickest method cleared out the clog and my sink was back in service before lunch.

I'm very happy with the service that I received. My 3 year old daughter and 1 year old son were home when Edwin was fixing my plumbing. He was absolutely great interacting with the kids and explaining what he was doing. Another thing that I really liked was how respectful he was about our health and protective of my property. He wore a mask the entire time, booties over his shoes to keep my floors clean, placed plastic sheeting down to keep my bathroom clean, and finished the job by wiping everything down with disinfectant. I won't hesitate to call Beach Plumbing again the next time I encounter a plumbing issue.

First American home warranty really needs to stop using this company for their customers . Had a scheduled appointment yesterday and was a no show . Didn’t call or message until 45 min past our window to tell me to reschedule . Rescheduled for today to only get no answers or responses again . Had to call the warranty company to get a different company assigned to my order . I understand that holiday season gets busy, however that’s no excuse for the terrible customer service provided .
