We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

GM Plumbing Corp. staff is excellent! They communicated clearly and very quickly. Technician Eliot did a great job of installing a new toilet for me. He even replaced the Toilet Flange, which was the main source of trouble. He was very efficient, friendly, professional and impeccably clean!

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! After a horrible experience (and wasted money) with another plumber, I called ReadyFast Rooter to help me out with a clogged drain in our master bathroom. He had the clog removed in less than 15 minutes! He noted that the flow still felt a bit obstructed so he flushed the remaining clog out by slamming it with 5 gallon buckets of water. I could tell he approaches each job as if it's his own home. The cost of the service was cheapest by far (also doesn't charge if the clog cannot be removed) and the work is warrantied for 30 days. I will be calling ReadyFast back for any and all plumbing work I need in the future.

I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater.
