We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. Thanks you Ken for your courtesy.

The technician was efficient. He was in the building working on another unit when my service request came in. He immediately called me and asked if he could come over since he was already wrapping up the other job. I didn't have to wait around for hours wondering when someone would come. Perfectly handled. I would have liked a little more communication about what was done, but not a big deal.

Dial One installed our new Google Nest thermostat and adjusted our heating system last month - and the benefits have been fantastic! After a week of the system learning our patterns we hardly ever have to touch it! It's truly amazing. Mike was the technician and was on time, friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommended!!

Shane is awesome! My parents very old AC was not blowing cold air and the home warranty contractor did not know how to work on the unit. I called Shane on a Friday night and he came over the next morning and got everything running great. He could have easily sold us a newer unit but said that the one they have is good and there is no need to replace it.

Kyle and Kevin did a great job clearing and repairing our main sewer, which was clogged with tree roots and was backing up water into the shower. They explained every step, from the camera to find the clog, to the machinery used to clean out the pipe, materials being used, etc. When the 80-year-old plumbing literally took an unexpected turn, they made sure we understood what the next steps were.
At every decision point, Kyle was transparent about the possible complications and solutions, as well as how much it would cost. We would definitely call Beach Plumbing again!!

If I could give this place a zero I would. Didn't do work according to code so when the city arrived to do additional work they couldn't. Wasted almost 1000 dollars to have someone else come in and do it right. When we called to inquire about it, Nick said I will talk to my supervisor and call you back. Never called back and now won't return any messages. We've left at least 3 requesting someone call us back. If you want good plumbing, I suggest you look elsewhere.
