We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. Great service.

Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

These guys are fantastic! We did a termite tent, gas company turned off gas...tent came off gas company back out to turn gas back on....found a small leak ...probably as old as house ...won't restore service till leak is fixed..ok gas co will not do it so now you need to call a plumber... My plumber came and determined it is past him to really fix..referred me to GM Plumbing.... I can't tell how much I appreciate Phil the owner..responded quickly and stayed till we were up and running...better part of 2 days...price was totally reasonable and effort a ++++++++++. Problem resolved and thank you Phil, and thank you Steve for the referral.

I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. Our toilet flooded Saturday afternoon, 2 hours before guests were expected to arrive for our Friendsgiving. My husband called Jacob who answered his call and said he'd be there to see what the problem was. 20 minutes later Jacob showed up!! He was super friendly, personable and efficient.
