In and out within 3 hours exactly as predicted. Straight up pricing as predicted by their website - actually I think they came in a little under their website. Fast, Responsible, Professional, and EASY. Which is everything you want when your water heater catastrophically fails. They even checked on us a frw days later - incredibly kind. We WILL USE AGAIN.
